Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of makemywish.in (the “Site”), operated by Make My Wish (“we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Make My Wish curates and sells handpicked gifts, gift hampers, bouquets, jewellery, handmade crochet items and related products across India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

3. Products, pricing and availability

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, offers and product availability may change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you place it.
• Product photographs are indicative. Many of our items — particularly handmade, crochet, floral and hamper products — are made individually, so small variations in colour, shade, arrangement or finish are normal and are not considered defects.
• Where a hamper component is unavailable, we may substitute an item of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We confirm orders by email, WhatsApp or SMS. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund of any amount paid — where the item is out of stock, the pricing or listing contained an error, the delivery address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.

5. Payments

• We accept all payment methods supported by our checkout and payment partner — including UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. The options available to you are shown at checkout.
• All orders are prepaid, or part-advance where offered at checkout. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Orders are processed only after the payment (or the agreed advance) is confirmed.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner over a secure connection. We do not store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking credentials.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery charges, timelines and serviceability are described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns, exchanges and refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds, once an item has been sold — except where the item delivered is defective, damaged in transit or incorrect. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy and Refund Policy for the full terms and the process for reporting a defective item.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping content in bulk, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including product photographs, text, graphics, logos and the Make My Wish name — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (including courier delays, strikes, weather and natural events).

11. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
